Maple Broadband

Bringing digital equality to the people of Addison County, Vermont—especially during the pandemic—is critical to families, small businesses, and under-served rural towns. The citizen-owned service would expand the availability of affordable, reliable, high-speed internet service across the county. Working with members of the 16 towns, our Brand Focus Workshop brought consensus to the vision for the long-term initiative and guided the communications to build awareness and help launch the new service. With great sensitivity to their diverse audiences (some with no or low bandwidth service), we used a combination of traditional and new media for outreach.
