Green Mountain Club

The Green Mountain Club has been around for more than a century, helping Vermont play a larger part in the life of the people by protecting and maintaining the Long Trail System and fostering the stewardship of Vermont’s hiking trails and mountains. The Green Mountain Club partnered with Place to preserve the century’s old elements of their logo, while bringing the board’s vision to life. The identity emphasized the iconic Long Trail and incorporated elements reminiscent of the Vermont outdoors. The new mark was met with enthusiasm from supporters and board members, leading to a number of wearables. The wearables helped increase awareness for one of Vermont’s oldest and most loved non-profit organizations.
