Bringing digital equality to the people of Addison County, Vermont—especially during the pandemic—is critical to families, small businesses, and under-served rural towns. We helped bring consensus to the vision for this long-term initiative. Our team also guided the communication strategy to build awareness and launch the new service. With great sensitivity to their diverse audiences (some with no or low bandwidth service), we used a combination of traditional and new media for outreach.
