Community Health Centers
The Community Health Centers is a Federally-Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northwest Vermont. As they expanded to new locations across two counties, they needed help taking a hard look at their brand name. We developed a simple naming structure that created a master brand for Community Health Centers and allowed each of their nine locations to sit under it. We also developed the core brand messaging, “Care for you. Care for all.” This message resonated with community members looking for care and residents with or without insurance—they help everyone. The new brand rolled out across multiple media channels. Place supported the brand with social, display, and print placements that encouraged people without a medical provider to reach out and find a doctor.

Who you are should never be a barrier to accessing top-tier care.
